Dignificando el Trabajo is a civil society organization that seeks to understand the reality of each individual, always aware that the lives of others are different to one’s own. Lowering the risk that people face from the normalization of precarious and exploitative labor conditions among unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled labor sectors is essential if we hope to eventually eradicate child and forced labor. A more equitable world cannot be built with mortar made of prejudices, judgement, and insensitivity.

Mónica Salazar

Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and Bachelor of Laws from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She has 15 years of experience in the area of human rights and human trafficking. She coordinated the first Mexican Network against Human Trafficking over a period of 8 years. She has collaborated with various national and international agencies as a consultant, including: Rights 4 Change, Polaris Project, Hispanics in Philanthropy, Pan American Development Foundation, and the International Organization for Migration.

Natalia López

Master of Human Capital Management from Universidad Anáhuac México and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. With over 10 years of experience working with crime victims, consulting on institutional development, and design and implementation of training programs for service provision and prevention of human trafficking in it various forms. She has collaborated with a wide range of public and private organizations at the national and international level.

Adriana González

Cultural manager and marketer from Universidad de la Comunicación. She was part of the foundation and management of the cultural department at Universidad de la Comunicación from 2016 to 2017 and was a founding member and organizer of the Efimeria Films audiovisual studio. She collaborated with the Zona MACO contemporary arts fair for 7 years and has experience promoting and coordinating cultural and artistic projects in the public and private spheres.
